WMR Program registration for Academy, Club and Intro to Racing for the 2025-2026 season opens March 1, 2025 and closes on November 1, 2025, without a late fee. The FIS application review process opens March 1, 2025. PAYMENT: To complete registration through this secure site for the Junior Programs, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. Registrants can pay in full or select the payment plan option for the Junior Academy or Club programs until Oct. 1. The down payment and payment installments vary depending on the price of the program. The down payment option does not apply to 6-Week Programs and some camps and to program registrations starting Oct. 1. All processing fees are separate.

All Academy, Club and Intro to Race registrations have to go through this site for payment and acknowledgment of code of conduct, waiver, refund/insurance policy etc. Prices do not include processing fees. WMR does not issue refunds. 

REFUNDS: WMR does not issue refunds for any reason.

INSURANCE; There is the option to purchase Regsaver Insurance during registration. Regsaver provides reimbursement for non-refundable athlete registration fees in case of injury, illness, job layoff, military leave, and more. Regsaver is offered in partnership with AIG.

DISCOUNTS

• WMR Club Program Discount (does not apply to WMR 6-Week Programs, Academy, or FIS):  Pay the full rate for the first child, 2nd child receives 10% off, 3rd child 20% off, 4th child 30% off, and so on.  Oldest member(s) pays first then discount(s) applied to next by age.  Discounts are not available after Nov. 1.
• WMR Academy Discount (does not apply to WMR 6-Week or 8-Week Programs, Club or FIS):   Pay the full rate for the first child, each additional child in the Academy Program receives 50% off.  Discounts are not available after Nov. 1 

LATE FEE: A $200 late fee will be charged to all registrations after Nov. 1st.

Volunteer Service 

All WMR Academy and Club program families are required to work three WMR full-day race events per family during the season and one WMS fundraising event. You can choose to pay the buyout fee of $500 at time of registration.  If you do not complete your volunteer service commitment, a $750 buyout fee will be applied and will need to be paid in full before the end of the season.
