Join us for our popular WMR On-Snow Off-Season Camps! The WMR camps are for USSS registered U12-U18 athletes only.

All camp registrations have to go through this site for payment and acknowledgment of code of conduct, waiver, refund/insurance policy etc. Prices do not include processing fees. WMR does not issue refunds. 

INSURANCE; There is the option to purchase Regsaver Insurance during registration on SportsEngine. Regsaver provides reimbursement for non-refundable athlete registration fees in case of injury, illness, job layoff, military leave, and more. Regsaver is offered in partnership with AIG.

Please join us for our Annual WMR Mt. Hood Open Summer Ski Camps! Our Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camps, led by WMR Alpine Race Director Steve Lathrop, are open to USSS members U12-U18 only. We offer Full-Camp and Day-Camp options.

July 6(session I) & 17 (session II) Fly into Portland International Airport, Portland, Oregon.
Target time of arrival for WMR van pick-up: 11 am to 1 pm.
July 16 (session I) & July 27(session II) Depart Government Camp at 7 AM for Portland airport. Schedule flights to depart Portland (PDX) between 10:30am-noon on July 16 and July 27. 

Cost of ‘Full Camp’ Session: WMR Guests $3,000/WMR members: $2800. Registration opens March 1, 2024 and a reservation deposit of $1000 is due by May 1 and the remaining balance will be charged to your card on the 15th of the following month. Registrants can also choose to pay in full.

Includes: Lodging 10 nights, 3 meals/day, 8 days lifts and lanes, salt for training lane, daily transportation, transfers to/from Portland International Airport (within designated arrival-time windows only), elite coaching, extracurricular activities including conditioning, tech talks and video analysis.
Excludes: Airfare, any travel expenses except as noted above, lunches etc. on days off. 

Cost of ‘Day Camp’ Session: WMR Guests $2200/WMR members: $2000. Registration opens March 1, 2024 and a reservation deposit of $1000 is due by May 1 and the remaining balance will be charged to your card on the 15th of the following month. Registrants can also choose to pay in full.

Includes: Lifts & lanes (8 days), salt, elite coaching, extracurricular activities including conditioning, video & tech talks.
Excludes: Airfare, airport transfers, lodging, meals, daily transportation to mountain.

2023 WMR SKI CAMPS AT SUNDAY RIVER| REGISTRATION HERE

Registration is now open for our Annual Sunday River Ski Camps in Sunday River Maine.  We offer a 7-day (Nov. 22-28) and 5-Day (Nov. 22-26) Day and Overnight Camp in November, and a 3-Day (Dec. 8-10) Day and Overnight Camp in December for athletes U12-U18.  All camps are subject to change given weather etc. Registrants after November 1 only have the option to pay in full.  Processing fees are separate. We do not issue refunds. 

Beginning in 23-24, WMR will only open registration to its Mt Hood Camps to non-members if there is room.  Please send an email to sara@westmountain.com if you would like your child or children added to the Mt Hood waitlists and please state the following:

Name of child, age of child, Current club program, name of camp they would like to attend, dates of the camp they would like to attend.

WMR MEMBERS ONLY CAMPS

 

WMR JUNIOR ACADEMY COLORADO CAMP|REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Registration is now closed for the Annual WMR Junior Academy Colorado Camp for WMR Junior Academy members U14-U18 only. Registrants can choose to pay in full or select the down payment option. If you select the down payment option, a down payment of $500 is due at time of registration. Down payments are due on or before Oct. 1. The remaining balance will be charged to you on Oct. 15, 2023. We will open the camp to Club members if the camp does not fill with Academy members by September 15. Processing fees are separate. We do not issue refunds.

6-Day Camp (Nov. 8-13) Travel Day on 7th and evening of 13th (SL)

Cost: $1695

11-Day (Nov. 8-18) Travel Day on the 7th and evening of the 18th (SL/GS).

Cost: $2895

CAMP INCLUDES: Lodging, 3 meals/day (lunch at resorts purchased by athletes), lifts and lanes, daily transportation, transfers to/from Denver airport (within designated arrival-time windows), elite coaching, tech talks and video analysis.

CAMP EXCLUDES: Airfare, Lunches (at ski areas) and snacks

Camp cost does not include processing fees.

WMR KILLINGTON CAMPS|THESE CAMPS ARE FULL

 

WMR 3-Day GS Day Camp for Academy Members U14+ (Dec. 1-3) includes coaching, GS Gates and Drills and transportation to and from Killington each day for WMR Junior Academy members who have already been on-snow in the fall ages U14+. Athletes need to purchase their own tickets and meals. We do not prorate for athletes who may not need transportation.  Price: $250/18 spots available.--this camp is full.

WMR 2-Day Day Camp for WMR Experienced Racers U10-U18 (Dec. 2-3) Coaching with freeskiing and drills for U10-U18 WMR experienced racers (transport required by parents). Athletes need to purchase their own tickets and meals. Price: $150. SL skis, no chin, pole guards needed--this camp is full.
