Thank you for visiting West Mountain Racing's FIS Page. Returning and New FIS athletes interested in the 25-26 FIS program (updated details below) will need to complete the FIS application available above beginning March 1. Once completed, applications can be emailed to Program Director Sara Montgomery at sara@westmountain.com. The Admissions Committee will review applications and will notify candidates once the committee has reviewed all elements of their application. All information submitted is kept confidential and is only shared with the application committee. Early admissions begins in March. The deadline for submitting the application early admissions at the early admission rate is April 15, 2025 (date updated due to high demand). All early admission applicants will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance on or before April 30, 2025. Late admission candidates will only be accepted if there are still spots available. If accepted, registration forms need to be filled out and the non-refundable downpayment followed by the non-refundable program fee payments need to be made online using the link that will be provided as soon as possible to hold a spot in the program. We do not issue refunds for any reason (see details below).

25-26 Season Pricing

March-April 30 (Early Acceptance Window and Pricing)

U18 $18,000/Over U18 $20,000

May 1-July 1 (Late Acceptance Window and Pricing)

U18 $20,000/Over U18 $22,000

The program Includes:

• Coaching year-round at WMR sponsored camps etc.
• On-Snow Training at West Dec-April
• Use of the Team Workout Room at the West Mountain House Dec-April
• Use of the Team Tuning Room Dec-April
• Technical and Fitness Support year-round
• Transportation to races Dec-April
• Full Privilege WM Seasons Pass
• WMR Team Coat or a $200 credit toward the FIS Team Coat

Parents and athletes are responsible for arranging/organizing the schooling component.  (For more on schooling options, please visit HERE )      

Program Fees exclude all other fees and charges, such as but not limited to the following: early season and late season training and other fees and charges, all camps, all ski passes and lift tickets at other mountains, all competition entry fees, all travel, all governing body and association fees, all schooling fees, all coach expenses during travel etc., and all lodging and meals.

WMR'S NO REFUND POLICY

Funds submitted to and received by West Mountain Racing, LLC (herein referred to as “WMR”) including but not limited to, program downpayment(s), program fees, camp downpayment(s), camp costs, food and lodging costs, travel costs, equipment, etc. are applied, utilized and or appropriated at WMR’s sole discretion and in many cases used immediately upon receipt.

These funds are not escrowed, separated, held or segregated. Many WMR program costs are front loaded, spots on the team are limited and reserved and held for admitted athletes, financial commitments are committed to for coaching, housing, facilities, staffing, vehicles, equipment, etc. based on the number of athletes enrolled. Given the aforementioned terms and conditions,

WMR will NOT and does NOT issue refunds for any reason.
