24-25 WMR JUNIOR ACADEMY PROGRAM|THIS PROGRAM IS FULL

The WMR Academy Program is a competitive alpine ski racing travel program led by Alpine Race Director/Head Coach Steve Lathrop that is customized for U12- U18 USSA racers (travel commitment varies per age group) advanced alpine ski racers who have several years of ski racing experience.

The WMR Academy includes:

• Select conditioning and equipment check dates at West and on-snow training dates at Big Snow indicated on the team training calendar (if registered for 2024-2025 program) in the fall.
• On-Snow Training at West 6 days a week (approx. 25.5 hours a week non-holiday weeks) Dec. – March Tues-Thursday 3:30pm-6pm, Friday's 10am-3pm, and Saturday's and Sunday's (with the Club Team) from 8:30am-3pm. 
• Christmas, MLK Day, and February Break Training on designated days.
• Locker in Team Room
• Video and Timing
• Full Privilege Seasons Pass
• Coaching support at NYSSRA and Some VARA races
• WMR Team Coat (only guaranteed if membership is purchased March 1-April 30)

Program Fees exclude all other fees and charges, such as but not limited to the following: early season and late season training and other fees and charges, all camps, all ski passes and lift tickets at other mountains, all competition entry fees, all governing body and association fees, and all schooling and lodging. Multi-child families pay the full rate for the first child and receive 50% off each additional child. Academy participants must train and travel with WMR. WMR reserves the right to limit participation. WMR does not issue refunds.
